The Challenge

Kizmet had experienced a period of rapid growth, and with plans to launch a new funds management operation.

  • Working in partnership with the CEO, Kaizen Recruitment was engaged to recruit a CFO to lead and support the business as they continue their upward growth trajectory.
  • The CFO position was critical as it came at a time when Kizmet was continuing to manage an already large existing loan book, while proceeding to launch a new funds offering.
  • The ideal candidate needed to be driven, energetic, and have experience across high-growth organistions. They would be required to work on mapping out and improving existing finance functions, managing, and working closely with the board and CEO on the raise of the new fund along with a strong technical accounting background.
