With more than four years of experience in non-banking financial services recruitment, Amanda spends her time working in Legal, Risk and Compliance. She specialises in Funds Management, Superannuation, Insurance, and Wealth Management clients and has a passion for working with people.
Amanda has been recognised as the #1 Recruitment Consultant in both the space she recruits within and nationally as the best in the entire recruitment industry, winning the SEEK SARA Award for Recruitment Consultant of the Year (Link) and also as a finalist for Recruitment Consultant of the year by RCSA (link). Amanda’s commitment to being recognised as a subject matter expert (SME) and leader in her space has also resulted in her recent promotion to a Director-level position at Kaizen Recruitment supporting and leading our team and business more broadly.

Amanda’s dedication to her clients and candidates extends beyond her professional life, as she volunteers her time with several not-for-profit companies and charities that focus on animals, the environment, women, and family violence.
An avid reader, you’ll find Amanda buried in a good book and after reading the 100 classic novels of all time, now reads career and professional development books that further her knowledge. Amanda has travelled to 97 countries and loves to spend time camping, hiking, scuba diving, and hiking whenever she can.
