Kaizen Recruitment Welcomes Jack Brown As Associate Director

Jack is a Sydney-sider, born and bred, spending half his life in the ‘shire’ (god’s country according to him) and the other half in the inner west.

Jack graduated from Macquarie University with a Bachelor of Commerce. Midway through his degree, he was offered a football scholarship to the United States, and pursued it for a year, before returning to Sydney, Australia.

Before joining Kaizen, Jack specialised in Investment Management recruitment for four years and was also a part of a management consulting business in Advisory for a year.

His area of focus is Investment Management recruitment covering front-, middle- and back-office mid- to senior-level positions. His strength is business development although he also receives positive feedback for his relationship building and quality of service.

Jack loves connecting with investment management professionals and finds it hugely satisfying to be able to help a client find the ideal candidate as well as helping candidates achieve their career aspirations.

Professionally, he is passionate about developing his career and skillset. Personally, he is passionate about sports, friends, and food. He has played football all his life and likes to keep fit.

If Jack could spend a year learning a new skill, it would be boxing. He did “Corporate Fighter” in 2018 which was one of the best experiences of his life. He believes that being a good boxer would be the ultimate fitness because it takes discipline, and it provides great stress relief.
