Regine began her recruitment career in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector where she managed high-volume hiring. This early exposure to fast-paced environments paved the way for her move into executive recruitment at one of the Big Four consulting firms where she supported hiring across Financial Services Consulting and Strategy & Transactions.
With over three years of experience in financial services recruitment, Regine now works as a specialist recruiter at Kaizen, supporting Amanda Chisholm and the rest of the Legal, Risk and Compliance team. She brings a strategic, data-driven approach to recruitment and is known for her passion for process improvements.
Outside of work, Regine enjoys spending time with her dogs, exploring nature, and unwinding by the ocean.
