Jema has been in the recruitment space for seven years, spanning both agency and in-house environments. She began her career recruiting for corporate roles for a major US bank then a large-listed company through an agency, where she managed high-volume hiring and corporate recruitment. Currently, Jema supports recruitment efforts in hiring for Responsible Investment and Wealth Management nationally at Kaizen.
Alongside her recruitment expertise, Jema has a creative spark and passion for graphic design and has been instrumental in crafting layouts, visuals, and marketing materials for the team.
When she’s not recruiting, you’ll find Jema surfing, practicing yoga, going for runs, and exploring new places.
