Growing up in Sydney, Fiona has always been deeply entrenched in the financial services industry. Fluent in no less than three Chinese dialects, Fiona also enjoyed frequent trips to China which fueled her desire to succeed and also sparked an interest in the property market.

Returning to Sydney she began her five-year foray into the real estate and lending industry, spending her final two years specialising in a business development and marketing role.

In this period, Fiona also found time to study, graduating from University of Sydney with a Master’s degree in Marketing and from here, her journey into the world of recruiting began.

Before joining Kaizen, Fiona worked in the external market where she specialised in wealth management as well as retail banking. Her focus was on financial planning, lending, and AML /KYC, then she moved into an internal role at Westpac Group, where she managed the recruitment for the national home lending portfolio.

At Kaizen Recruitment, Fiona’s key area of focus is on wealth and funds management, covering lending, financial planning, property, private equity and private debt.

In her spare time, Fiona enjoys scuba diving and snowboarding. If she could learn one new skill it would be piloting a boat.

We are excited to welcome Fiona to Kaizen and her contribution to our growing team. Please contact Fiona by calling 0412 123 706, emailing fiona@kaizenrecruitment.com.au, or connecting on LinkedIn.
