Kaizen Recruitment Welcomes Darragh Cleary As Principal Consultant

Kaizen Recruitment is thrilled to introduce the newest member of our team, Darragh Cleary.

Darragh recently joined the Kaizen team and will lead the Investment Operations and Accounting function, partnering with Kaizen’s clients within Superannuation and Funds Management.

Originally from Ireland, Darragh has over 4 years’ experience working in recruitment across Dublin and London. He brings a wealth of funds management recruitment experience from his time working in these regions, specialising in recruiting across fund accounting, unit registry, investment operations, and custody for fund managers and fund service providers.

During his time in Europe, Darragh gained deep expertise within funds management and supported and advised many new entrants into the Dublin funds market on their hiring strategies. He has recruited for positions ranging from Analyst level up to Head of Function positions.

Prior to moving into recruitment, Darragh completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Limerick, Ireland, and also completed an eight-month management internship with Aldi Ireland, gaining experience in internal recruitment during his time here.

Being from Ireland, outside of recruitment, Darragh enjoys playing Gaelic football with local teams in Sydney and is a big fan of sea swimming.
