Kaizen Recruitment welcomes Simon Gvalda who is responsible for leading the wealth management recruitment function at the firm.
Simon holds a Bachelor of Commerce, with majors in finance and economics from Deakin University and an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning through Kaplan. He has over 8 years’ experience across financial planning roles including client services, paraplanning and as an associate adviser.
Specialising in financial planning roles, his recruitment expertise is across financial advisers, associate advisers, paraplanners, client services officers and practice managers.
Simon thoroughly enjoys connecting with professionals across the financial planning industry and is passionate about helping people achieve their career goals.
In his spare time, Simon enjoys travelling, cooking (his speciality is Korean food), watching sci-fi TV series and getting out in the garden.
