Kaizen Recruitment Appoints Amanda Chisholm To Lead Risk, Compliance and Finance Recruitment

Kaizen Recruitment welcomes Amanda Chisholm who is responsible for leading the risk, compliance and finance recruitment function at the firm.

Amanda initially graduated with honours from Mount Allison University with a Bachelor in Biochemistry and Environmental Science which led her to a career in genetics in Canada. She then pursued a Masters in Psychology from the University of Calgary as well as Diplomas in Spanish and Business.

Her passion for learning and growth mindset was not limited only to continuing education and she found herself relocating from Canada to Australia with her partner in 2017 after travelling extensively throughout Central and South America. She then turned her natural love of people into a career change into recruitment.

Specialising in recruiting risk, compliance and finance roles, she has turned a lifetime of learning and professional development into becoming a specialist in her space. Amanda loves connecting with people and thrives off discovering their values, personal aspirations, and professional goals as she helps find them their next career move.

In her spare time Amanda loves being outdoors and in nature. A huge part of deciding to relocate to Australia permanently was the wealth of beautiful spaces and warmer weather which she takes advantage of at every opportunity. You can find her out hiking and camping on the weekend or enjoying the beach and the surf with her partner. An avid reader, she spends the rainy winter days curled up with a book and a nice glass of Australian red wine or enjoying some local music.
