Kaizen Recruitment Announced One Of Four Finalists In The SARA Awards 2017
Kaizen is extremely honored to be nominated as one of four finalists in the prestigious SEEK Annual Recruitment Awards (SARA) for Small Recruitment Agency of the Year. Winners will be announced at SEEK’s gala event in Sydney on 16 November.
We are so humbled to receive the nomination and would like to thank SEEK, the judging panel and acknowledge the many worthy recruitment agencies in our category.
I would like to thank Kaizen’s valued clients, candidates and connections for their generous support. We are so grateful to be acknowledged but mostly it is important to us to make continuous improvements in the way we contribute and provide value within the close-knit financial services community.
About the awards
If you are interested to know what is behind these awards, the application process was an excellent exercise for us. It required us to address key criteria and articulate (with proof) the efforts we make to uphold team culture, innovation, business growth, service to our clients and candidates and how we contribute to the industry overall.
