Kaizen Recruitment has been named finalist for the 2020 RCSA Industry Awards for Excellence in Client Service.
We are very humbled to receive the nomination and would like to thank RCSA, the judging panel and acknowledge the many worthy recruitment agencies in our category.

About the awards
The application required us to demonstrate key criteria including innovation of our service offering, deep market knowledge, continuous improvement and service level excellence. We were required to provide multiple client recommendations to support the submission.
Finally, I would sincerely like to thank the Kaizen team for their commitment and dedication to excellence in recruitment. True to the meaning of Kaizen, this is another example of continuous improvement.
