Kaizen Recruitment has been announced winner of the SEEK Sara Small Recruitment Agency of the Year 2019. The win reflects a period of particularly strong growth for Kaizen, but ultimately, I believe this award is an acknowledgement of our core values: compassion, accountability and respect.
