Kaizen Recruitment welcomes Nupur Gill who is responsible for driving the investment operations and investment accounting recruitment function at the firm.

Nupur holds bachelor and post-graduate qualifications in business administration with a specialisation in finance. She has also pursued research within sustainable finance.

During her time with Goldman and Sachs, Nupur gained valuable industry experience working within investment operations in the end-to-end trading lifecycle and project management. Nupur’s passion is to help people and this has led her to recruitment.

Nupur is a very versatile, energetic and meticulous professional. She accepts challenges with enthusiasm, has excellent attention to detail and is highly methodical.

Outside of work, Nupur enjoys swimming and is a keen traveller.
