This position would be responsible for leading the capital raising strategy, developing and managing investor relationships, and ensuring ongoing compliance, risk governance, and service excellence across investor operations.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate would combine proven experience in investor relations, deep networks across HNWIs, wealth managers, and family offices, leadership capability, and strong alignment with RMBL\u2019s values. Given the dual focus on strategic capital raising and operational leadership, the role required a unique blend of commercial acumen, relationship expertise, and hands-on execution experience in private capital markets.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>SOLUTION: Kaizen\u2019s Executive Search Expertise<\/h2>\n<p>Kaizen Recruitment was engaged to lead the executive search process.
