<\/p>\nWe are excited to welcome Callum McWhinnie to the Kaizen Recruitment team as Manager – Accounting and Tax.<\/p>\n

Callum has over 11 years of experience in recruitment across the UK and Australia, where he has supported leading organisations with strategic recruitment projects, from mid to executive level.<\/p>\n
At Kaizen, Callum leads the Finance, Accounting and Tax recruitment division, working closely with the firm\u2019s financial services clients and recruiting at all levels, from Senior Analyst\/Accountant to CFO.<\/p>\n
Callum is committed to building strong, long-term relationships with his clients. He takes the time to thoroughly understand a business before initiating any search, recognising the critical importance of cultural fit as well as technical expertise when identifying the ideal candidate. He is also passionate about data, offering clients a comprehensive market overview from the outset of the search through to the successful placement.<\/p>\n
He has significant experience recruiting for major Financial Services organisations and Fortune 500 companies across Europe and Asia-Pacific, with notable engagements including the recruitment of a Global Head of Tax for a major FMCG company, a 5-person team build for a top-tier Private Equity firm, and numerous Partner hires for Big 4 accounting firms.<\/p>\n

Outside of work, Callum is an avid runner and gym enthusiast. He has completed several half marathons, a full marathon, and most recently, his first Hyrox competition.<\/p>\n
