In the current environment in which yields are low and negative, the demand from investors for income yielding products and strategies has been on a rise. Hence, there is an increased emphasis from our clients to build investment capabilities and talents within this asset class.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Frontier engaged Kaizen exclusively to source a consultant to support and advise clients and perform investment and manager research with a focus on debt and alternative investments.<\/p>\n

The credit and alternatives asset classes require a very specific skill set. With the growing demand and importance of this asset class in clients\u2019 portfolio, there is a need to draw new perspectives and expertise into this area.<\/p>\n

Kaizen has recruited many investment analysts across funds management, asset consulting, industry super funds and investment research houses. At the same time, Kaizen is also actively involved in industry events and is a member of various associations for financial services professionals.<\/p>\n

This positions Kaizen\u2019s brand in the forefront in this well-networked funds management industry.<\/p>\n

Our recruitment process included tapping into our existing talent pools in our database and conducting an active search using multiple recruitment channels. Kaizen employed a rigorous interview screening process to ensure that the ideal candidate had the technical competencies and experience in these asset classes.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
