What are the latest challenges or initiatives the company has announced?<\/li>\n<li>Be specific about what it is about their brand and the work they do that excites you. Whether you rehearse with a friend, partner or in front of a mirror, investing time into practising how you communicate your value makes a difference.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, get a good night\u2019s sleep. <em>Yes, really.<\/em> It may sound obvious, but a good night\u2019s sleep is your secret weapon. Candidates who stay up all night cramming often come across as scattered or overly rehearsed. You have been shortlisted for a reason.
