Kaizen Recruitment has appointed financial services and human resources professional Chris Goulas\u200b to meet client recruitment demands in superannuation, wealth management and insurance.<\/p>\n

Chris’ role requires him to work together in partnership with our clients in resolving their recruitment needs. He will focus on filling a wide range of roles including administration, service delivery, stakeholder management, leadership and specialist needs.<\/p>\n

Chris says, “The market is in a really exciting place because the changing demands of how customers expect services to be delivered has required the financial services sector to look at new and innovative ways of meeting those demands. This is reflected in the types of conversations I have on a daily basis with our clients.\u201d<\/p>\n

Chris has over 15 years\u2019 experience in financial services and has a strong understanding of superannuation, wealth management and insurance. He has previously worked at UniSuper, AAMI and other financial services recruitment firms.<\/p>\n

Chris’ focus is on leadership and stakeholder management roles. He is known for high attention to detail and intricate knowledge of financial services. He is tireless in seeking and securing great opportunities for his clients.<\/p>\n
