Originally from Mauritius Island, Tom holds a Master of International Business from European Business School and bring over 8 years of experience in permanent and contract recruitment within Finance and Accounting.
He began his career in Paris and developed an international perspective through living in Ireland and Spain during his studies. Trilingual in French, English, and Spanish, he builds strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
Since relocating to Australia in 2021, he has partnered with organisations ranging from high-growth private businesses to large listed groups; placing Finance and Accounting professionals from qualified level through to senior leadership.
Tom’s expertise spans Reporting, Controls, Tax, Finance Systems, Treasury, Commercial Finance, and Corporate Finance (FP&A, Investment, M&A). At Kaizen Recruitment, he will be focusing on connecting Financial Services organisations with exceptional Finance, Accounting and Investment talents, delivering tailored recruitment solutions that drive long-term value.
Outside of work, you’ll find him on the tennis court, camping or hiking to switch off, or following rugby union.
