Darragh has over 5 years’ experience working in recruitment across Australia and Europe, where he recruited for Fund Management firms in Dublin and London. Originally from Ireland, Darragh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Limerick, Ireland, and also completed an eight-month management internship with Aldi Ireland, gaining experience in internal recruitment during his time there.
Darragh leads the Investment Operations and Accounting function at Kaizen, partnering with Kaizen’s clients within Superannuation and Funds Management. Darragh has a wealth of funds management recruitment experience and has recruited for positions ranging from Analyst to Head of Function positions across fund accounting, unit registry, investment operations, and custody for fund managers and fund service providers.
Being from Ireland, outside of recruitment, Darragh enjoys playing Gaelic football with local teams in Sydney and is a big fan of sea swimming.
